Medical insurance: Employers must provide medical insurance to their employees. If you are moving with your partner or family, you should check if the employer will provide medical for them too, if not, you will need to add them to your policy.
Visa cost/process: Your employer will be responsible for managing the entire process. Typically, there should not be any cost incurred to you directly unless you are sponsoring and relocating your family.
Flight privileges: All employers will provide an initial ticket to Dubai and then an annual return ticket to your home country.

WORKING DAYS IN DUBAI
Unlike most other parts of the world, a typical working week in Dubai starts on Sunday and ends on Thursday. Friday and Saturday are weekends. Friday is considered an important day for prayers and family.
During Ramadan, reduced working hours are put in place to ensure that those who are fasting are cared for. Working hours can be reduced by 3-4 hours depending on your employer.
LANGUAGE
The national language in Dubai is Arabic. However in work environments, English is the primary language of communication and widely accepted.

Dressing correctly is important in Dubai offices. Employers will usually expect you to dress in a conservative and respectful manner.
