CRM Manager | Ecommerce Platform | Dubai, UAE
An exciting opportunity for a CRM Manager to join an Ecommerce Platform based in Dubai. You will be responsible for increasing engagement of multiple brands and drive customer acquisition and retention of their existing customer globally. You will also play a key role in driving the direction of communication for different channels.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and support the implementation of excellent CRM strategies
Identify opportunities to scale growth
Manage the entire communication deliverable cycle including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting
Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
A/B test campaigns and test new product features introduced in the market
Collaborate with content creation team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid marketing channels
Analysis of content delivery including system reporting, reconciliation and spot checking of landing pages or creative assets
Stay up to date with CRM & market trends and contribute this knowledge as an integral member of the marketing team.
Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
Skills and experience required:
Experience in a CRM Manager role, ideally in an e-commerce startup
In depth understanding of CRM tactics and best practices
Knows how to turn campaign objectives into appealing content
Experience working with CRM tools, ideally Braze
Proficient in number crunching on Excel and experience with analytics tool
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Comfortable in a fast-moving, always variable environment
Extremely data and detail oriented
Possess a range of communication styles and able to tailor the style to the audience
