An exciting opportunity has come up for a Design Director to join a global creative agency based in Dubai. The agency is working with renowned brands solving complex business and brand challenges in creative ways. As a Creative Director you will explore and conceptualize design options and solutions for a diverse range of clients. 

Responsibilities include: 

• You will work closely with the Management Team, establish and enforce creative vision and beliefs.

• You will oversee creative output and ensure delivery of innovative, brand-led, high caliber creative.

• You will support on new business and pitch creative content.

• You will develop your team design approaches to complex design challenges across moving images, packaging, brand development, corporate identity, mobile, digital and user experience design projects.

Skills and experience required:

• Must have agency experience.

• Would be open to a Senior Designer looking for his next career development or someone currently in a Design Director position.

• Have experience in a client facing position.

• You will have experience across broad creative and management experience.

• Ability to adapt to different cultures.

• You are a strategic thinker and understand branding.

• You are a team lead and a team player; understand team interaction and the roles of team members.

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic design, communication, design, fine arts, or a related field.
