An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Account Director to join an international creative agency in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded strategic thinker, a strong relationship builder, experienced pitch leader with experience of managing a talented team. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Manage relationships in pursuit of long-term geographic and commercial growth.

• Be the senior point of contact for the client on the overall direction of the partnership.

• Lead and develop the team internally: skills, capabilities, succession planning, performance and development levels.

• Oversee creative/strategic development work to ensure presented work is of the highest possible standards.

• Challenge briefs and outputs constantly, as the internal champion for client work.

• Establish full scope of opportunity and interpret client brief to develop approach and ability to work within the overall client objectives.

• Support and contribute to Client Services objectives and initiatives and maintain a strong, collaborative and supportive Client Services community.

Skills and experiences required:

• Relevant agency experience.

• Demonstrable track record in delivering large-scale, complex brand and communication activations and strategies for multi-market, multi brand, multi touchpoint clients.

• Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing client strategic growth plan.

• An excellent communicator and confident presenter who can articulate strategic thinking and creative concepts with equal impact.

• Solid commercial understanding and advanced negotiation skills.
